  • COVID-19 Updates New

All Bally Sports Group offerings follow Safety Plans that align with the Responsible RestartOhio requirements put forth by the Ohio Department of Public Health. For Safety Plans that relate to specific programs, please contact Bally Sports Group at abally@ballysportsgroup.com.

  • Weather Cancellations and Make Up Days

In the event of class being canceled due to weather, all families will be informed with an email. Once the facility availability has been confirmed, an email will be sent with the make-up day. We always try to schedule the make-up day one week after the original scheduled last day. Every effort will be made to hold a make-up class. However, in the rare event that there is no facility space or available days, Bally Sports Group is not responsible for refunds from canceled classes due to acts of nature.

  • Refund Policy

If a refund is requested prior to two weeks of the start date, Bally Sports Group will provide a refund minus the registration fees.

If a refund is requested within two weeks of the start date, the parent may receive full credit towards a future program or a transfer. Refunds will be granted if a doctor’s note is provided.

Once a program has started, we are unable to provide refunds. We are able to either transfer your child to another class or provide a partial credit towards a future program.

The decision to run a program or camp depends on the number of participants enrolled. Bally Sports Group reserves the right to cancel a class when enrollment requirements are not met. If we do need to cancel a program/camp, parents will have the option of a full refund or full credit towards any other program.

  • Age Groups

The ages provided for our programs are guidelines based on our experience with each age group. However, we do understand every child is different and parents know their child better than anyone. We want parents to have their children participate in the program they feel is most appropriate.

Some important questions that parents should consider prior to “playing up” an age group include:

• Does my child have experience in this sport?

• Is my child mature for their age?

• Is my child athletic for their age?

• How does my child's physical size compare to other children their age?

• Is my child used to receiving instruction from adults?

  • Ohio Youth Concussion Law and Lindsey’s Law

Bally Sports Group follows the guidelines provided by the Ohio Department of Health for Youth Concussions and Lindsey’s Law.

Ohio’s Youth Concussion Law, Return to Play

Prohibits coaches from allowing athletes to continue to play if there are symptoms of a concussion. If a child is suspected of having a concussion, they must be cleared by a physician or authorized health care provider in order to be allowed to participate in the next class. For more information, click the following link: Return to Play - Ohio’s Youth Concussion Law.

Lindsey's Law

Educates parents and coaches about the warning signs for a sudden cardiac arrest. For more details about Lindsey’s Law, please click on the following link: Lindsey’s Law.
